Stop switching browser tabs. Toolchi Workspace lets you open multiple tools simultaneously — follow guided workflows, track recent tools, and finish tasks 3x faster.

Most online tool websites work the same way: you open a tool, do a task, close the tab, then search for the next tool. This context-switching kills productivity. Toolchi Workspace was built to solve exactly this problem.

What is Toolchi Workspace?

Toolchi Workspace is a free multi-tool dashboard at toolchi.online/workspace. Instead of one tool per page, you get a full three-column layout: a tool navigator on the left, your active tools in the center (in tabs), and a Smart Assist panel on the right for suggestions and quality scoring.

Opening Multiple Tools in Tabs

On the free plan, you can open up to 3 tools simultaneously in tabs at the top of the workspace. For example, open JSON Formatter in tab 1, Image Compressor in tab 2, and Word Counter in tab 3 — all without leaving the page.

Using Keyboard Shortcuts

Toolchi Workspace has a full keyboard shortcut system. Press Ctrl+K to open the global command palette and jump to any tool instantly. Press ? to see all available shortcuts. Use Ctrl+1, Ctrl+2, Ctrl+3 to switch between open tabs.

Smart Assist Panel

The right-side Smart Assist panel analyzes your current tool and suggests related tools, shows relevant workflow chains, and provides a quality score for your task. For example, if you have the Image Compressor open, it will recommend the Image Resizer and WebP Converter as next steps.

Workflows: Guided Step-by-Step Pipelines

Workflows connect multiple tools into a single pipeline. The Blog Image Optimization workflow guides you through Resize → Compress → Convert to WebP → Generate Alt Text. Each step links directly to the tool, and the current step is highlighted so you never lose your place.

Mobile Experience

On mobile, Toolchi Workspace shows a clean bottom action bar with your open tabs as scrollable pills. Tap the purple "Tools" button to open a full-screen tool drawer with search, recent tools, popular tools, and a category browser.
